Bacon and Belgian Beer Dinner at Belga Café

We fell in love with Belga Café and Chef Bart Vandaele during our first visit, so we wanted to spend a little extra time letting you know all about the upcoming Bacon and Belgian Beer Dinner being hosted April 29 at 6:30pm. Dinner goers will experience seven beers paired alongside a four-course bacon-centric menu for $59 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Here’s what all you bacon lovers and connoisseurs can expect:

Amuse-Bouche

First Course

Second Course

Third Course
Roasted Pheasant Potato leek cake with red cabbage, rosemary pheasant jus, and bacon shavings Corsendonk Brown, Brouwerij Corsendonk St. Feuillien Brune, Brasserie St. Feuillien

Fourth Course
Belgian Clafoutis Bananas, strawberries, Tabasco bacon ice cream, with bacon crumbles Liefmans Fruitesse, Brouwerij Liefma
